Booking Help and FAQ

We hope our booking system is intuitive but please refer to our guide below for step by step by step assistance.
Yes you can as long as it is 48 hours before you are due to arrive. You will need to contact us using the Change of Booking Request form on this page. You will then receive a new e-ticket with the amended date.
Yes you can as long as it is 48 hours before you are due to arrive. If it is within the 48 hours you will need to contact us by email bookings@nutleyevents.co.uk with details as to why you cannot make it and one of our team will try and help you.

We send an email immediately after placing the order. The first email comes from Take Payments our card provider and confirms your payment. The second is from Nutley Events and you will receive this within 24 hours of placing your order. The most common reason for not receiving your confirmation email is that it has gone to your junk/spam folder.  Please search your junk/ spam folder for Nutley Events and you should find the email. If you do not receive any emails from then it is likely you have made an error with your email address.

If you have not received any communication from Nutley Events or the credit card provider Take Payments then it is likely that your email has an error. You will need to sign into your account using the original email that you entered when purchasing the tickets and then change the details on your account. If you do not know or cannot remember the email address you used then we will need to change the email address on your account for you. Tickets are non-refundable once they have been purchased. However, if you become ill or find you can not make the date that you had booked then we will do everything possible to change your tickets to a different date. This is subject to availability.

If you are travelling a distance to get to us and you are concerned about the weather please contact us by email bookings@nutleyevents.co.uk

Please provide full details and where you are travelling from, We will do our upmost to help you by offering another date subject to availability.

The most common reason for not receiving your confirmation email is that it has gone to your junk/spam folder. Please search your junk/ spam folder for Nutley Events and you should find the email. If you move this to your inbox and also add us as a contact then you should receive all future emails from us. Another option is to log in to your account and print another one.

When booking your tickets you will be asked to create an account with us and this is part of the booking process.  This will enable you to print your ticket if you have lost your confirmation email.  If you see your information below then you are logged in.  If not you will see a login form for email address and password.

Step by Step How to Book

Please note that this booking process will require you to create an account on our website.  Following the below instructions will step you through this process.

  • Go to our Christmas Lights and Reindeer Event Home Page and click the BOOK YOUR TICKETS NOW button.
  • Select the date that you wish to visit by clicking on the Calendar date picker next to where it indicates ‘start date’. Only dates in bold are available to book.
  • Once you have selected the date, please then click your preferred visit time.
  • Then select the various participant and car options which apply to your party of visitors.
  • The total booking cost is then displayed in the blue bar.
  • Then click ‘Book Now’ which takes you to your basket showing you  a summary of what you have selected.
  • Then click  ‘Proceed to Checkout’ at the bottom of the page.
  • You will then be taken to page to complete your details, pay and place your order. You can use a debit or credit card.
  • You will receive your confirmation order by email immediately from bookings@nutleyevents.co.uk and a separate receipt email from Take Payments to confirm your payment.
  • Once we have seen and processed your order, you will automatically be sent your e-ticket which may take up to 24 hours.  Please keep this email and print if necessary.  
  • On the day your visit, please make sure you present your email e-ticket to staff on arrival.

At any time after purchase of your tickets you can login to your account again and download your e-ticket, which you will need to bring to the event with you.
