We offer one complimentary carer ticket per order. To qualify, you must show one of the 4 options below.
1. Personal Independence Payment (PIP for those aged 16+, either the letter or allowance book).
2. Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 (mobility or care component). 3. Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award.
4. Incapacity Benefit books or letter of notification. Please bring evidence to the event, or you will be charged the full entry price.

Ticket Information

    • Please book the car ticket for your vehicle in the time slot you prefer to arrive. You must also ensure that the correct number of cars for the people in your party are booked.
    • The Car Ticket shows your arrival hour, and NOT the time allowed at the event. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish.
    • Please check that you are booking the correct date you would like to attend – Tickets are only valid for the date displayed on the front of the ticket.
    • A Booking Fee of £2.50 per order is applied to your booking at the time of payment.
    • If you wish to visit Father Christmas, you must purchase an additional ticket as this is an optional extra. Father Christmas visits can NOT be purchased without tickets to the Christmas Lights and Reindeer Experience.  You can check his availability below.
