Nestled in the heart of the Christmas Courtyard, it’s the perfect place for little ones to meet Father Christmas, share their Christmas wishes and receive a gift. A magical moment for families and a festive photo opportunity not to be missed.

Father Christmas Booking Information

Father Christmas bookings are an optional extra for visitors who are attending the Christmas Lights & Reindeer Experience. You CANNOT visit Father Christmas without attending our Christmas Lights & Reindeer Experience.
You must choose tickets to our Christmas Lights and Reindeer Experience and then add tickets for your Father Christmas visit to your basket before checking out.
Customers should ensure they arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time to visit Father Christmas.
We’d recommend a maximum of 3 children per session, if you have 3 or more children, we’d recommend booking two time slots which will give you about 15 minutes with Father Christmas.
Each session with Father Christmas is approximately 7 – 8 minutes spent talking with Father Christmas.

You can enjoy our Christmas Lights & Reindeer Experience before or after your visit to see Father Christmas.
Customers who are more than 15 minutes late for their Father Christmas visit may miss out. If you have travel delays or believe you are going to be late, please contact us.
Tickets cost £12.45 per child with no booking fee (Entry tickets to the Christmas Light and Reindeer Experience will also be required)
Children 12 months and under can visit Father Christmas for free with a paying sibling, this doesn’t include a gift. If you would like them to receive a gift, then you will need to purchase a ticket.
A maximum of 6 people can attend with any child visiting Father Christmas.
Please ensure you are inside our Festive Barn ready for the time you have booked.
