Booking Help

We hope our booking system is intuitive but please refer to our guide below for step by step by step assistance.

Yes you can change your booking once as long as it is least 48 hours before you are due to arrive.

Yes you can as long as it is 48 hours before you are due to arrive. If it is within the 48 hours you will need to contact us by email bookings@nutleyevents.co.uk with details as to why you cannot make it and one of our team will try and help you. No Refunds will be made but we will try and amend tickets where possible.

We are unable to amend or change Father Christmas bookings as these dates sell out.  

We send an email order notification immediately after placing the order from Nutley Events. A second email with your tickets is sent within 48 hours of placing your order. 

The most common reason for not receiving your confirmation email is that it has gone to your junk/spam folder.  Please search your junk/ spam folder for Nutley Events and you should find the email. 

If you have not received any communication from Nutley Events or the credit card provider Take Payments then it is likely that your email has an error. You will need to sign into your account using the original email that you entered when purchasing the tickets and then change the details on your account.
If you do not know or cannot remember the email address you used then we will need to change the email address on your account for you.

This year, we have amended our ticketing system so you can purchase an additional car by placing a new order. You can make an order for just the car ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable once they have been purchased. However, if you become ill or find you can not make the date that you had booked then we will do everything possible to change your tickets to a different date. This is subject to availability.

Father Christmas tickets can not be refunded or changed due to all available slots being sold out.

Please provide full details and where you are travelling from, We will do our upmost to help you by offering another date subject to availability.

We can not change or amend Father Christmas bookings.

We can offer one carer ticket free with each order as long as you can supply the supporting documentation, which must be presented when you arrive.

Where an adult or child requires assistance to attend our Christmas Lights and Reindeer Experience due to a health condition or disability, and is in receipt of any of the following benefits, they will qualify for one complimentary carer ticket.

1. Personal Independence Payment (PIP for those aged 16+, either the letter or allowance book)

2. Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 (mobility or care component)

3. Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award

4. Incapacity Benefit books or letter of notification.

Please bring evidence to the event.

When booking your tickets you will be asked to create an account with us and this is part of the booking process.  

You can view your account by visiting our website and clicking the right-hand menu at the top of the page where you can click Log into my account.

You can reset your password by clicking the “Lost your password?” link in ‘How do I login to My Account’ section above.

Step by Step How to Book

Please note that this booking process will require you to create an account on our website.  Following the below instructions will step you through this process.

  • Go to our Christmas Lights and Reindeer Event Home Page and click the BOOK YOUR TICKETS NOW button.
  • Click the day that you would like to visit.  The event dates are denoted by a ‘dot’ for that day of the  month. 
  • Beneath the calendar, the event date and time are displayed that you have selected.  Click the title of the event.
  • A new page appears with a list of ticket options.  Choose the options you require.
  • Then click  ‘Proceed to Checkout’ at the bottom of the page.
  • You will then be taken to page to complete your details, pay and place your order. You can use a debit or credit card.
  • You will receive your confirmation order by email immediately from bookings@nutleyevents.co.uk.
  • Once we have seen and processed your order, you will automatically be sent your e-tickets which may take up to 48 hours.
  • On the day of your visit, you must show your tickets when you arrive. Each ticket has a QR code, and this code will be scanned by our staff. If you are part of a group then you must make sure that you arrive together, or you give the other members the tickets they require to enter.

At any time after purchase of your tickets you can login to your account again and download your e-tickets, which you will need to bring to the event with you.
