Choose tickets to our Christmas Lights and Reindeer Experience first and then add tickets for your Father Christmas visit to your basket before checking out.
Customers should ensure their Father Christmas visit booking is at least 15 minutes after the Christmas Lights and Reindeer Experience.
You must attend the Christmas Lights & Reindeer Experience to visit Father Christmas.
We offer one complimentary carer ticket per order with one full-paying adult. To qualify, you must show one of the 4 options below which must be in the name of the ticket holder.
1. Personal Independence Payment (PIP for those aged 16+, either the letter or allowance book).
2. Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 (mobility or care component).
3. Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award.
4. Incapacity Benefit books or letter of notification.
